WASHINGTON (Reuter) ‑ The Supreme Court extended free‑speech rights
to cyberspace in a historic ruling Thursday, striking down a federal law that
restricted indecent pictures and words on the Internet computer network.
The nation's highest court dealt the Clinton administration a major defeat
by declaring unconstitutional the law that made it a crime to transmit
sexually explicit material to anyone younger than 18.
The high‑profile case marked the first time the Supreme Court granted full
constitutional free‑speech protections under the First Amendment to the
giant worldwide network of linked computers used by tens of millions of
people.
The justices by a 7‑2 vote ruled that all key parts of the Communications
Decency Act violate free‑speech rights, amounting to illegal government
censorship.
``Notwithstanding the legitimacy and importance of the congressional goal of
protecting children from harmful materials, we agree ... that the statute
abridges 'freedom of speech' protected by the First Amendment,'' Justice
John Paul Stevens said for the court majority in the 40‑page opinion.
The law, signed by President Clinton in 1996 as part of a telecommunications
overhaul, barred distribution to minors of indecent or ``patently
offensive'' materials on the Internet. It provided for fines and a maximum
two years in prison.
The law defined indecent as anything that ``depicts or describes in terms
patently offensive, as measured by contemporary community standards, sexual or excretory activities or organs.''
The law did not target obscenity or child pornography, which already were
illegal. The Internet indecency law has never taken effect because of the
court battle.
The ruling represented a major victory for the American Civil Liberties
Union (ACLU) and groups representing libraries, publishers and the
computer on‑line industry, which brought the lawsuit challenging the law.
ACLU attorney Stefan Presser said, ``Essentially the Supreme Court of the
United States took an idea from the 18th century, that is free speech, and
said it has enduring quality, and will extend into the 21st century, because
government will not be allowed to censor what's on the Internet.''
Clinton said he would study the decision, gather people representing
industry, parents, teachers and librarians to review it, and continue to
look for a way to keep children from viewing pornography on the Internet.
``With the right technology and rating systems we can help ensure that our
children don't end up in the red light districts of cyberspace,'' he said in
a statement.
The Supreme Court said the rapidly growing Internet deserved full First
Amendment protection, citing its unique characteristics as a public forum
for the exchange of ideas and information.
The high court rejected arguments that the Internet was similar to the
television and radio industries, where there has been a history of extensive
government regulation and where indecent speech may be restricted.
``The (Communications Decency Act) is a content‑based regulation of
speech,'' Stevens said. ``The vagueness of such a regulation raises special
First Amendment concerns because of its obvious chilling effect on free
speech.''
``As a matter of constitutional tradition ... we presume that governmental
regulation of the content of speech is more likely to interfere with the
free exchange of ideas than to encourage it,'' Stevens said.
Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justice Sandra Day O'Connor agreed
that the law was unconstitutional in that it would restrict adults' access to
material they otherwise would be entitled to see.
Writing for the two, O'Connor said they would invalidate the law only in
those circumstances. That part of the court's ruling was unanimous.
But O'Connor said for the two dissenters that she would uphold other
restrictions that prohibited the use of indecent speech in communications
between an adult and one or more minors.
In his statement, Clinton said, ``The Internet is an incredibly powerful
medium for freedom of speech and freedom of expression that should be
protected. But there is material on the Internet that is clearly
inappropriate for children ... We must give parents and teachers the tools
they need to make the Internet safe for children.''

Mothers day had come and gone, and he hadn't gotten her flowers, or anything, no nice romantic dinner, nothing.... Oh yes I was going to enjoy this one... He'd cheated on her several times, and basically just abused her trust, and her love.

He made an awful mistake of calling me a bitch at that point, and staring me in the eye. I hate disrespect, especially from a fucking man. I lifted my leg, and kicked him in the stomach. He fell down to the floor, cursing me out, so I kicked him again, this time in the head. What an idiot. You'd think with this much abuse, he'd get with the programme real quick...
I was standing over him, when he had the raw nerve to spit on my shoe.... so I decided he should have my shoe, shoved first deep in his mouth, to get it nicely oiled up.... if you get my jist. I grabbed him by the hair, and shoved my foot in and out of his mouth. Once it was nice and wet, I dragged him by the hair over to my spanking bench. 06/17/97 ‑ Whew what a weekend, I tell you!! I met this wonderful toilet slave on Saturday morning, and spent 3 hours training him. He was great!! Tools of Torture..
06/14/97 ‑ Well slaves, things are finally under control here, getting the site passworded etc., has taken an incredible amount of time, work, and effort, and that's why my journals haven't been quite as full as before :>) So for all of you who were waiting for me to get back up to speed ‑‑ the time is NOW!! I have to say that Ms Nichole & Ms Diana have been taking my dungeon by storm for the past couple of weeks. They've been having WAY too much fun!! What do you think of capital punishments?
06/12/97 ‑I've spent today e‑mailing new slaves their passwords and user‑id's. Yesterday I spent the entire day at the pool, lounging in the sun, and swimming. It was very nice and relaxing.
Nichole & Diana spent most of today lounging in the yard, drinking daiquiris, and getting their large and lovely bods tanned!! Larry one of our sissy maids was bar tending for them, and I could see him rushing in and out with ice, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream, and anything else that they asked for. On the plus side, they did let him oil them down :>)

There's also a chapter on future technology, including microwaves, lasers, and other high‑tech killing machines. This book is not for those with weak stomaches, however, it is a great book on capital punishment.

06/01/97 ‑What a nice weekend I had... I received some lovely roses from Ned this Saturday, thanks ever so much, however I felt so bad when he told me that during our last session together I'd caused him to tear some cartilage or something.... how did it happen?? Me a techy? Well a little bit I guess..
05/20/97 ‑ Good God, talk about a lot of work passwording this site, and getting it ready to provide video, and picture sets... we have all been busy bees. Lolita I'll miss you..
04/19/97 ‑What an utterly horrible week I've had. I've had the allergy flu from hell, coupled with my period & cramps from hell, and because of several differences of opinion, possessiveness etc., Lolita is no longer my live in full time sissy maid. 04/14/97 ‑ Well Good morning slaves... God so much has been going on around here. Ms Ashleigh & Lady Sarah got back from Michigan a few hours ago.. On Saturday night, when I was going over to a friends house to meet up with Nichole, I got onto the beltway from our exit, and crossed over the four lanes into the fast lane doing 72mph (this is slow for me) ‑ yes I got pulled over straight away ‑ I didn't see the under cover cop car that I sped past ;>) whoops! Anyhow, to make matters worse, I'd lost my International drivers license a while ago & was still waiting on my family sending me a new one, and I had a bag full of bottles of alcohol from the night before on my back seat.... The officer came down, and asked me for drivers license & registration... well my registration was in my glove dept along with my new stickers (my tags had just expired) luckily for me, he really liked my accent & what I was wearing, and suggested that I put my new stickers on my tags, and get a new license pronto!! I was noticing his handcuffs hanging over the light in his car, and was starting to think that was a kind of cool place for them, when he then suggested I give him a call at the station on Monday (today) and to be 'good' in the meantime... hmmm ‑ should I give him a call? 04/08/97 ‑ Hi slaves... boy I'm still not in a good mood today again either... I really must be about to start bleeding profusely... I have these really strong urges just to want to beat the shit out of everything, and everybody.... I'm really not in a very good mood today, and am even less so when I get pathetic e‑mails telling me why you can't/won't send a tribute for the website & to get your password and ID... now I'm not quite following the logic behind some of your stupid excuses ‑ for instance how can you possibly afford a computer, but not have a spare $10.00 cash to send in the mail...? Was there something difficult with our demands of a $10.00 a month tribute? No I don't think so... So therefore why am I getting these bloody e‑mails filled with nothing but bloody excuses??
We are not interested in your pathetic excuses, nor do we care to read about them. We are concerned however that our demands are not being met. Last month we received a grand total of $755.00 to put towards a $1,000 bill, (which we had to pay) this month so far we've accrued $250.00 in tributes to go towards the $1,000 bill that is sitting on my desk. We will not be paying for this website again this month. You will be. You will get off your lazy arses, and put a measly $10.00 in an envelope. If you want to send cash, then do, just make sure you wrap it in some paper before placing it in the envelope.
Also, for those of you who are expecting something back ‑ put your address neatly on the letter, especially whomever sent $45.00 for a scat video that they haven't received ‑ we have your money, we have a very short one line note, we have a signature that we can't read, and we don't have an address to send it to.....DUH!!!
Now, some other things that we have a problem with or are concerned with are:‑ Don't dare call us unless you've been instructed to, or are confirming an appt, or are lost & on your way to an appt. Don't call us to 'chat', we don't have time to listen to mindless drivel ‑ if we want to hear from you, we'll call you. We're sick of our phone ringing incessantly all day and all night long. Give it a rest, before we put it through the wall. If you are calling as instructed but one of us can not be bothered to talk right then, (or heaven forbid we're actually here, doing a session) leave a message, don't call 10 more times in a row, what you may have to say is definitely not that important that it warrants us having to sit here and listen to the phones ringing off the hook.
Next, don't come by unannounced. It's rude, and we don't appreciate it. Thanks for the gifts that you brought by, but a phone call, and asking if it would be OK to do so, would have been in order.

So maybe instead of all of the sweets ‑ a piece of work out clothing or weights might be more beneficial to me!! And of course ‑ fetish clothing, shoes, and toys are very welcomed!! More bullshit

I'd like to answer a barrage of e‑mail that I've been getting from guys who are saying that they can't afford a subscription & would like to barter other services ‑ well we're somewhat open to this, in fact as an incentive to have you get us stories & pics for the page ‑ we'll give you a password & user ID for free ‑I will work out what I think is a fair rate of exchange. However ‑ this will only be for a few people... The idea behind all of this is for us to be able to pay the web service fees.
Secondly, I too tend to agree somewhat that it's not very safe to send credit card & address information via the internet to a clearing house ‑ in order for them to send you an approval code. I tend to think that there are too many things could go wrong with this ‑ 1. They could sell their mailing list & all of your information would be all over the place ‑ 2. There is a lot of credit card fraud over the internet ‑ 3. Every time you do this ‑ they charge me a fee and hold a percentage in
case of charge‑backs. This isn't helping me pay my web server bill every month. Plus I have to wait till they pay me. 03/27/97 ‑ Well I'm finally catching up on all of my e‑mail ‑ I spent several hours last night & the night before & the night before that going through about 1800 pieces of mail ‑ Pity I wasn't getting eighteen hundred $10.00 checks in the mail then all my problems would be solved!!!
I'm having trouble sending changes to the server (again) groan.... so from now on, all updates are going to be done in the middle of the night ‑ that way I don't get bumped off my own server as often as I do during the day...
Anyhow tonight is going to be spent working on more slave manuals & programmes and also on some new text for the bondage and discipline sections which are yet to be done... Castles in the sky...
03/21/97 ‑ Well hello slaves... we've been thinking that to provide for our maximum entertainment & comfort we are going to need many slaves to fill lots of different positions that are open & available in our little empire.... such as shoe cleaners, valets, personal servants, living‑furniture, errand boys, builder's of our castle (for this we need a really creative mortgage broker, to approve a loan of a few hundred thousand dollars), ‑ with this we'd purchase the land ‑ at least 3 acres, and on it we'd have our palace & dungeon built... for this we would need really good builders (The loan would of course be paid off in full from the sweat and hard labour of our many slaves) and here would be the start of our own little empire..... so slaves ‑ if you're a mortgage broker ‑ or you just happen to have a spare few hundred thousand laying around‑ we want it!!

Latex catsuit & spiked heels... gotta love it!
03/06/97 ‑I'm just kicking back after my session, god it was a lot of fun!! I've got to get out of these clothes though before I sweat to death... pity Lolita isn't here tonite ‑ my feet are really stinky, they've been in these 5" spikes for hours now, and I could do with a nice relaxing tongue bath! Oh well, she gets home tomorrow, thank god.... it's awful not having her around, I actually have to go make myself my own lunch when she's not here, and wipe myself after I'm done at the loo....
Well it's kind of cool, Sarah, Ashleigh, Nichole & I are all each sitting at a computer just click clacking away!! Can't you all just picture it now, a house of beautiful dominant women, sitting around half naked, typing to you guys?? What could be better than that.... Well you all could be here taking care of us, that would be a start.... For instance, I really shouldn't have to deal with all the BS of car dealers, and canceling credit cards, or paying bills... you should all be here taking care of all of those mundane tasks... And I should be kicking back eating chocolate covered strawberries or something sweet and gooey like that!!

Guess it's not a good idea to live where you work....
03/04/97 ‑ Changes on the web page are going to be few and far between this week as I'm in the midst of designing postal training programmes for slaves. This is very exciting stuff. I've been designing a really cool slave contract, and postal application, and putting together a couple of packages for slaves who have already sent me their information & tribute.
I will be making up slave manuals, which will be filled bi‑weekly with their written tasks & my written rules. The first one happens to be about dog training, and so far I've come up with some really cool things for a new little doggy that I've taken on training ‑ Her name is FiFi ‑‑‑‑ isn't that so cute?? Fifi craves to be treated as a little puppy dog, and that's exactly what she's going to get!!
Oh my GOD!! I just checked the stats, and it seems that on Feb 26th there were 126,074 hits to my site!!! Isn't that incredible. This past week it's been ranging between 100,000 ‑ 128,000 hits per day!!
Unfortunately my purse was stolen when my house was broken into, and I only found out today when I needed to get my drivers license and credit card to rent a car, till mine gets fixed (again)... So I've been busy in between setting up postal training programmes calling all my credit card companies and canceling my accounts ‑ Gee I hope that my dog bit this person really good (However the amount of blood around my house when I got here, tells me that she did!! ‑ Isn't she so good, protecting her Mistresses' home??)

There's a Hole in my pump dear benny, dear benny, there's a hole in my pump...
03/03/97 ‑ Well it seems that the place that changed my oil didn't screw up & I actually have a hole in my pump.. so now my car is at the dealers, trying to be repaired... This is just one more thing in the whole long list of things that have gone wrong with my Camaro since I got it... It's so frustrating.. Don't they have Lemon Laws for cars in MD?? If anyone knows, can you e‑mail me??
I have no idea who broke into my house, but I guess they weren't counting on my dog being as fierce as she is... Nothing seems to be missing, but I really haven't had a chance to check... Break in
03/02/97 ‑ So what's been going on around here I hear you ask... Well quite a lot actually. I still have my period.. only this time it's sooooo unbelievably heavy!!
I had a slave of mine take my piece of crap Camero to get an oil change yesterday... and today I had to run a quick errand down to DC to pick up a chastity device I'd ordered for a slave... well on the way down there, I noticed that my oil light had come on.... and that my car was making strange noises.. I pulled over (luckily enough I was right outside The Four Provinces Pub & Restaurant) and my car had zero oil in it... So I was stuck there for 4+ hours waiting on a damn tow‑truck..... After I'd eaten some fish & chips, and drank a fuzzy navel (I really needed something with a kick to it, instead of my usual water!!) I really started to get BORED & PISSED...
When I got home I found that my house had been broken into... Nothing taken. It seems my rather fierce doggy had taken some bites out of whomever did it... and there was fresh blood all over the floor. Nice Sunday huh? Oh well I don't think things can get much worse.. can they?? Now my Monday is going to be spent fighting with the idiots that changed my oil, and forgot to screw the nut tight enough... like my car hasn't had enough of problems!
Anyhow, boy, did we have some hot sessions this week or what?? I tell you ‑ my new slaves are some of the sweetest, most adorable cuties that I've ever had! They are all sooooo willing to just do anything I ask of them, and I LOVE IT!! Keep coming!! God it's so nice and refreshing dominating intelligent men, who actually love & adore & worship women, and enjoy catering to their every whim!!
